How reliable is the system?

Since we started using this system, we have found it to be most reliable.

How durable is the equipment?

This equipment has a high standard of protection from i.e. dust also this equipment (GW51C for OYASAI LAN converter) comes with IP50 protection mark.

What is the cost of running the system?

The cost of the system would be the cost of LAN converter and meter plus you would need to pay for a internet provider. But there is no cost for using OYASAI.com (database). For each new account, you are given upto 300MB free. Also upto 2 sensor terminals can be access via the Web. Is it easy to install by oneself or would I need engineer to do it?

Does the equipment come with a garantee? And how long does the garantee run for?

Yes, it does. Warranty varid for 1 year including parts and service. The Warranty is not however extended to goods damaged in the following circumstances;

a) Excessive forces or impacts
b) Natural disasters: wind storm, fire, flood, electric shock, earthquake
c) Use of unqualified power supply, connectors, or maintenance procedure
d) Replacement with unauthorized parts
